Using this Handbook:
The places listed, such as insurance agencies, discos, churches, etc. are not the only ones available. A sample has been given for the student but space prevents INTERLINK from listing everything. The student should realize that by listing these INTERLINK does not in any way suggest that these are places you should visit, to the exclusion of others. INTERLINK in no way advertises for these places by putting them in this directory.
You are advised to refer to the first section of the AT&T Yellow Pages phone book for further information about the performing arts, museums, seating charts at stadiums, theaters, etc.

Abbreviations used in the directory and their meanings:
ILC: INTERLINK Language Center
CSM: Colorado School of Mines
St., Sts.--street, streets
Ave.--avenue
Blvd.--boulevard
Hwy.--highway
ID--identification

Days of the week:
Mon.--Monday
Tues.--Tuesday
Wed.--Wednesday
Thurs.--Thursday
Fri.--Friday
Sat.--Saturday
Sun.--Sunday

Terms used:
Fee--You must pay before you go in.
Donation--You must pay something but the amount is not set.
Tues.-Sat.---This means that the days the place are open is from Tuesday through Saturday--(In this case, not Sunday or Monday.)
9:00-5:00--This means that the place opens at 9:00 a.m. and closes at 5:00 p.m.
etc.--This means that there could be more examples than the ones that are listed.

Directions:
Directions are given from the Colorado School of Mines campus, with reference especially to I-70 and 6th Avenue.
To reach I-70 EAST from campus: go north on Washington (left turn), turn right on Highway 58, follow this road, which turns into I-70 east. You may also refer to the directions below for I-70 west; after turning onto Hwy 93, follow the signs for the entrance onto I-70 east.
I-70 west: go south to 19th Ave. and turn right; turn left at the stop light, on Hwy 6. Turn right at the next stop light, across from the Jefferson County Government Center, onto Hwy. 93; keep going south on this road until you see the signs for entrance onto I-70 WEST (or east.)
6th Ave.: go south to 19th Ave., turn right on 19th and left at the stop light, onto Hwy 6.

Directions can also be obtained, with maps, by searching MAPQUEST, GOGGLEMAPS, or YAHOOMAPS. The maps can be printed.
